Terms of service
VisiDx is operated by VisiDx AI. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
The service. A VisiDx report is a private diagnostic of how a doctor or clinic appears on AI assistants, Google, Maps, YouTube and Instagram, based on searches we run at a point in time. Every plan runs the same searches and gets the same Prism Score. Essential’s report shows the detail for your city, in English, with the top 3 fixes; Personalised and Pro show every location, language and platform, with all 9. Personalised adds a 30-minute call walking you through your report. Pro adds 30 days of hands-on work (your listings, replies to new Google reviews, title suggestions), a month of consultancy and support, and a fresh scan at day 30.
Pro access. For Pro you add us as a manager on your profiles. We never ask for passwords. Review replies go out only in the tone you approved, and you can remove our access at any time.
Upgrades. Within 7 days of paying you can move up a plan and pay only the difference.
What it is not. It is not a ranking of doctors, not medical advice, and not a guarantee of search rankings, AI mentions, patients or revenue. Results on third-party platforms change and are outside our control.
Your information. You confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are the doctor named or are authorised to act for them.
Prices. All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
Monthly plan. The monthly plan is quoted separately, billed monthly in advance, and can be cancelled before the next billing date. On Pro, the 30 days count as month one of the monthly plan.
Liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Lucknow have jurisdiction.
Privacy policy
What we collect. Your name, specialty, practice details, public profile links, mobile number and email, and payment status from Razorpay. We do not collect or see card, UPI or bank details.
How we use it. To prepare and deliver your report, provide support, send your invoice, call or WhatsApp you if you leave the form unfinished and, if you ask, propose a monthly plan.
Unfinished forms. If you start the form and don’t finish it, we keep what you entered for up to 90 days so we can call or WhatsApp you to help you finish. Ask us and we delete it straight away.
Hospital enquiries. If you fill the hospital form on our pricing page, we use those details only to reply and prepare your quote, and delete them when you ask.
Sharing. We do not sell your data or publish your report. We share only what is needed with service providers such as Razorpay (payments) and our hosting provider.
Your rights. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by messaging +91 92752 27865. We keep order and invoice records as required by law.
Refunds and cancellation
If we don’t deliver. If your report is not delivered within 24 hours of payment, and we cannot deliver it within 3 working days after that, you get a full refund.
Before work starts. You can cancel within 1 hour of payment for a full refund by messaging +91 92752 27865 with your order number.
After delivery. Reports are custom work, so delivered reports are not refundable, except where the report is materially wrong about the details you gave us.
Pro. Pro’s 30 days of work start on the day your report arrives. If you cancel before then, we refund the service part, ₹12,500. Once the 30 days have started, the service part is not refundable. The report part follows the rules above.
Upgrades. An upgrade is charged at the difference and follows the same rules as the plan you move to.
Failed payments. If money left your account but the order failed, it is returned automatically by Razorpay or your bank, usually within 5–7 working days.
Timing. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Delivery
VisiDx is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Your report is delivered online within 24 hours of payment. On Pro, the 30 days of work and your month of support start on the day it arrives.
